For our Geriatrics department at the Munich Perlach site, we are looking for a

Healthcare and Nursing Specialist - Deputy Ward Manager Geriatrics and Internal Medicine (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• Management and professional development of the team together with the ward manager

• Organization, control and optimization of ward processes
• Staff deployment planning
• Motivation of employees and personnel development
• Ensuring a contemporary, professional and appropriate quality of care
• Developing and implementing new care concepts

Successfully completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d) or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)

You have commitment, reliability and a high degree of team spirit

A high level of social competence and an exceptional sense of responsibility characterize you

Willingness to work on public holidays and at night

Social skills and enjoy working with people
