To strengthen our Outpatient Center team, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

Medical Assistant Outpatient Clinic (f/m/d)

full-time or part-time.

• Appointment and administrative patient admission of various surgical consultation patients with recording of patient master data in the hospital information system
• Personal patient contact in the admission process and organization of the form systemProviding assistance to patients, e.g. changing dressings and taking blood samples, also in the inpatient area
• Helping to shape processes and contributing your own ideas
• Friendly and respectful interaction with patients, relatives, colleagues and other professional groups

• Successfully completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), further training as a practice manager desirable
• Very good IT knowledge and confident handling of MS Office programs, as well as knowledge of hospital information systems, SAP competence is desirable
• Organizational talent, commitment and assertiveness as well as an independent and results-oriented way of working
• Friendly, motivated and empathetic demeanor, ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
