Case Manager (m/f/d) Plastic Surgery

For our Berlin-Buch location, we are looking for a Case Manager (m/f/d) Plastic Surgery as soon as possible

• Care and coordination of patients, including appointments, registration and preparation for examinations / treatments
• Support of the medical team during consultation hours and clinical activities (assistance during examinations and minor interventions)
• Implementation of simple medical measures such as blood draws, dressing changes and accompaniment of outpatient treatments
• Reliable management and maintenance of patient-related documents and documentation
• Coordination and forwarding of internal and external inquiries (patients, doctors, departments)
• Flexible cooperation on special topics within the clinic and on organizational tasks in the team

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or as a nurse (m/f/d)
• We expect a high level of motivation and identification with the Clinic for Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery
• Unrestricted reliability, differentiated way of working and discretion
• Organizational talent and independent, structured way of working
• Experienced handling of MS Office
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
