At Helios Klinikum Duisburg, we are offering you a position as Product and Module Manager in Nursing, full-time or part-time (m/f/d).

Medical product management

• Definition and control of the medical product portfolio in cooperation with the ward and OR managers and the purchasing committee
• Implementation and evaluation of the use of materials in patient care and in the OR
• Control of product suitability tests and creation and implementation of category strategies

Module supply and material flow

• Monitoring the flow of materials and controlling ordering behavior
• Coordinating the optimal cabinet configuration with users
• Training employees on the optimal use of module supply
• Troubleshooting and correction

Process optimization and quality management

• Responsibility for internal projects for the further development of purchasing and material supply
• Collaboration in continuous process optimization

• Completed training in the healthcare sector (e.g. healthcare and nursing)
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in the OR, intensive care unit or in supply management
• Good PC skills (Word, Excel, SAP/MM, etc.)
• Structured and goal-oriented way of working with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills and assertiveness
• The legally required proof of immunization against measles
