To strengthen our clinic management team at the Munich-Perlach site, we are looking for a

Site Manager Nursing (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• Personnel and economic-organizational management of the nursing and functional services
• Optimization and further development of efficient processes and structures in the entire nursing area
• Ensuring systematic and efficient personnel requirements and deployment planning
• As a member of the clinic management, supporting and shaping the strategic development of the clinic
• Recruiting and retaining employees

• Completed vocational training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d) and a degree in nursing management or a comparable degree with a background in business administration
• Initial management experience is desirable
• Business management and solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Goal-oriented management style and characterized by professional and technical competence as well as a pronounced ability to reflect
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
