For our clinic in Überlingen, we are looking for a full-time nursing site manager (m/f/d) as of 01.03.2025.

Strategic and operational coordination of the facility and staff

Management, promotion and motivation of employees in line with the company's objectives

Monitoring and compliance with business and nursing objectives

Further development, implementation and adaptation of the facility concepts in consultation with superiors

Internal and external representation

Participation in cross-facility conferences, projects and processes

Degree in B.A. Nursing Management or completed training in healthcare and nursing

Several years of management experience at various levels in a hospital

Ability to lead employees in a goal-oriented, cooperative and motivating manner

Ability to communicate, deal with conflict and criticism

Willingness to continuously develop yourself and the facility in line with the corporate strategy

Strong economic understanding

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
