Helios Klinik Schleswig GmbH is looking for a ward manager (m/f/d) for intensive care and emergency medicine, full or part-time, permanent, to start as soon as possible.

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d)
• Completed and state-recognized further training as head of a nursing unit or corresponding management training / studies and as a specialist nurse in intensive care or emergency care
• Several years of experience in leadership or management as well as in the area of the central emergency room or intensive care unit
• Willingness, creativity, ability to work in a team, open-mindedness and a high degree of responsibility and resilience
• A balanced and appreciative leadership style, with the ability to position yourself in a motivating and clear manner
• Strategic thinking and operational action with the aim of optimizing processes
• Economic thinking and action with the aim of adhering to budgets and handling the clinic's resources professionally and appropriately
