At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a part-time position of 19.25 hours/week for the Emergency Medicine Clinic at Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Klinik Wiesbaden as

Chief Medical Secretary (m/f/d).

• Contact person for patients and employees of the clinic for emergency medicine
• Handling general correspondence and telephone calls
• Coordination and organization of training events
• Maintaining files and sending out findings at the request of registered doctors or patients
• Taking minutes of meetings

• Office management assistant with experience in coding emergency patients Very good knowledge of PC applications (MS Office package, Power Point), pivot spreadsheet desirable Willingness to familiarize yourself with other IT systems Good knowledge of medical terminology Legally required proof of immunization against measles
