Chief Medical Secretary (m/f/d)

at the Bad Kissingen site.

• You are the central contact person for doctors and employees of the Orthopaedics and Geriatrics Clinic
• You will support the head physicians in the organization and implementation of their management activities
• You will manage general correspondence, communication with patients and organize and record meetings
• You take over the follow-up of consultation hours
• You take care of file maintenance with preparation of inpatient and outpatient chief physician billing according to GOÄ
• You will organize conferences and events

• You have a medical or commercial education and have some experience in independently managing a hospital secretariat
• You have knowledge of medical nomenclature and strong IT skills
• You have a talent for organization, strong communication skills and are always friendly, helpful and service-oriented
• A friendly and engaging manner towards patients and relatives is a matter of course for you
• You enjoy multi-professional teamwork in a team with an outstanding reputation
