At Helios Klinikum Duisburg we are offering you a full-time position as Chief Medical Secretary for Cardiology (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

• Scheduling and coordination of appointments
• document management
• Correspondence with patients
• Support for patients and their relatives
• Data maintenance and archiving

• Completed nursing training (e.g. MFA, health and nursing assistant, ...) (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience is an advantage
• Good computer skills
• Interest in the entire spectrum of cardiology
• A high degree of responsibility, hygiene awareness, commitment and empathy
• An independent and team-oriented way of working
• The legally required proof of immunization against measles
