Head of anesthesia care (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time Head of Anesthesia Care (m/f/d) for our clinic in Bonn with immediate effect.

• Professional, disciplinary and organizational management of non-medical staff in anesthesia care, nursing students, paramedics, advanced training participants and interns
• Planning, coordination and optimization of organizational and technical departmental processes
• Close cooperation with the deputy ward manager
• Implementing and improving personnel management such as managing and challenging subordinate employees in anaesthesia care in line with target and quality characteristics (e.g. personnel development, employee appraisals, training and further training, determining personnel requirements, personnel deployment planning, personnel absence management, etc.)
• Implementation of hygiene concepts and requirements, accident prevention regulations and data protection requirements
• Monitoring medical equipment in accordance with MedGV, managing and ordering OR-oriented storage materials
• Monitoring the ordering and storage of medication, maintaining BTM documentation, checking medication cabinets, emergency trolleys, backpacks and anaesthetic trolleys
• Ensuring high-quality, patient-oriented care
• Ensuring and coordinating the induction of new employees
• Monitoring the planned and defined work processes in the department, organizing work assignments taking into account the qualifications of the individual employees
• Participation in meetings/jour fixe appointments, rota planning, planning and monitoring of working hours (statutory working hours and in-house agreements), vacation planning, induction of new employees in accordance with the induction concept, monthly team meetings with minutes, close cooperation with the practice supervisor, annual planning of training courses
• Constructive, cooperative leadership of employees to positively influence motivation and job satisfaction in the department

• Completed training in healthcare and nursing, preferably completed specialist training in intensive care and anesthesia
• Personal maturity
• Many years of professional experience in nursing - ideally already with management experience, completed further training to manage a nursing unit, alternatively a degree in nursing or the willingness to do so
• Many years of professional experience in nursing - ideally already with management experience
• High level of professional and social competence, communication and teamwork skills, as well as willingness to cooperate with other professional groups
• Experience in working with IT and HIS
• Proof of full vaccination against measles
