We are looking for a full-time Head of Anesthesia Care (m/f/d) for our clinic in Bonn with immediate effect.

  • Monitoring the ordering and storage of medication, maintaining BTM documentation, checking medication cabinets, emergency trolleys, backpacks and anaesthetic trolleys
  • Ensuring high-quality, patient-oriented care
  • Ensuring and coordinating the induction of new employees
  • Monitoring the planned and defined work processes in the department, organizing work assignments taking into account the qualifications of the individual employees
  • Participation in meetings/jour fixe appointments, rota planning, planning and monitoring of working hours (statutory working hours and in-house agreements), vacation planning, induction of new employees in accordance with the induction concept, monthly team meetings with minutes, close cooperation with the practice supervisor, annual planning of training courses
  • Constructive, cooperative leadership of employees to positively influence motivation and job satisfaction in the department
