Head of Anaesthesia Care (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• Leading and directing anesthesia care
• Patient-related administration and documentation
• Control and design of guideline-compliant processes in anesthesia
• Planning and managing the structured induction of new nursing staff
• Control and design of nursing processes
• Contact person for the nursing staff and for the medical service

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional and management experience desirable
• Further training as ward manager desirable or willingness to complete this
• You have strong organizational skills, a structured working style, as well as conceptual thinking and business acumen
• You have extensive practical experience in goal-oriented management and sound specialist knowledge in the specialist area
• Willingness to work in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional team
