For our Helios Clinic at the Lengerich site, we are looking for you to train as a healthcare management assistant (m/f/d) from 01.08.2025.

• Organization of business and service processes

• Development of personnel management processes
• Design of administrative processes
• Working in various departments such as patient admission, reception, medical controlling, HR, IT, quality management or marketing and taking on tasks in these areas
• Supporting our specialist departments in day-to-day business
• Developing your own projects

• A-levels or university entrance qualification

• Basic knowledge of PCs and common Office applications
• High customer and service orientation, logical thinking and patience
• Organizational talent and flexibility as well as commitment and willingness to learn
• A sense of responsibility, prudent independent work and friendly interaction with patients and employees are a matter of course for you
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

Helios Klinik Lengerich GmbH is a basic and standard care hospital with currently 171 beds and is based in Lengerich a. T.W., geographically located between the university cities of Münster and Osnabrück. The main spectrum of this clinic includes the departments of orthopaedics and trauma surgery, surgery, spinal surgery, vascular surgery, internal medicine, neurology as well as anaesthesiology and intensive care medicine. Helios Klinik Lengerich currently employs around 400 staff, including 18 trainees.
