Deputy Plant Manager (m/f/d) AEMP

To strengthen our team in Hamburg, we are looking for a full-time Deputy Operations Manager (m/f/d) for our reprocessing unit for medical devices with immediate effect and on a permanent basis.

Your tasks:

• Support in the planning of personnel resources (duty scheduling, recording working hours, etc.)
• In case of substitution, conducting recruitment interviews and deciding on the recruitment of new employees as well as assisting in the preparation of job references
• Assisting with the organization and/or implementation of training/induction courses for new employees
• Compliance with and monitoring of occupational health and safety
• Monitoring and compliance with processes for the proper and professional reprocessing of reusable medical devices

What you bring with you:

• Qualification as a specialist (m/f/d) for medical devices FMA DGSV or qualification in specialist course II according to the guidelines of the German Society for Sterile Supply (DGSV) or willingness to complete FK II
• Endoscopy specialist course and DGSV validation course desirable
• Professional experience in a similar position desirable
• Leadership and social skills as well as motivation
• Willingness for further education and training
