Deputy Operations Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Deputy Plant Manager (m/f/d) for our Meiningen site at the earliest possible date.

• Supporting the operations management in ensuring a stable and first-class food supply
• Goods disposition including proper storage
• Support and representation of the operations management in shift management, personnel planning, monthly closing work, results determination and organization of the department
• Management, guidance and motivation of the subordinate teams on site, representation for our employee catering in our casino and support for special catering events
• Implementation of hygiene and quality standards as well as occupational health and safety
• Control and monitoring of quality standards in our facilities

• Completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience
• Additional training as a chef (m/f/d) or dietetically trained chef (m/f/d) or business management training advantageous
• Good application knowledge in Excel and Word and an existing class B driver's license
• Good flair for dealing with people, communication skills and team-oriented work
• Customer orientation, flexibility and resilience as well as strong business management skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
