Working student (m/f/d) Supplier Quality and Data Management

Then join our Supplier Compliance Management – Global Direct Procurement department! With us, you can expect challenging und varied tasks, most of which you can work on independently. This will allow you to get a taste of practical experience, explore possible career paths – and fill your student fund at the same time.

• You will support us in the introduction and establishment of an electric supplier management system
• You will also be responsible for the data preparation for the supplier management system
• You are actively involved in the compilation and archival of necessary qualification documents for active substances and packaging
• In addition, you will support the administration of department-specific Microsoft SharePoint applications
• Even more: You will support the creation, maintenance and update of quality assurance agreements

• Current full-time studies in the field of natural sciences
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Experience in the use of BI analysis tools (Microsoft PowerBI) are an advantage
• Enthusiasm for IT systems and data
• Open and dynamic character
