Your Challenge in Detail
- You will actively support our team in setting up various reports and key figures relevant to purchasing, such as inventory management, contract coverage, risk analyses, etc.
- You will also be involved in setting up knowledge management for the applications relevant to purchasing
- What's more, you will assist in the definition, documentation and further development of key figures and their IBCS-compliant visualization in reports and dashboards.
- In addition, you will support us in our day-to-day business, e.g. in testing activities, data verification or correction assignments
Your competence is in demand
- Current full-time studies in the field of economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science or similar (at least 3rd semester)
- High IT and numerical affinity as well as good communication skills
- Good MS-Office skills, in particular in Excel
- Basic knowledge with SAP BI, VBA is advantageous but not a must-have. We would be happy to train you in these tools during your working student job
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- Independent way of working as well as a quick perception
- Good German skills and business fluent English skills, both written and spoken
