Managing/Senior Consultant Enterprise Architecture Management (m/f/d) - fixed-term contract

We are looking for an experienced professional to support our Group IT Enterprise Architecture Management team, both with taking Enterprise Architecture to a Group IT level and modernizing our application inventory LeanIX.

This is a temporary position until 30 November 2027, which can be filled as a Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant depending on your experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Design, align, implement, and continuously improve the Corporate Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM), its processes, methodology, tools, principles, guidelines, and policies

• Creation and communication of architecture overviews, roadmaps, and other EA deliverables

• Collaborate actively with stakeholders from the Fresenius Group (including programs and projects and especially other EAM teams) to align our EAM activities with their respective goals and strategies

• Advising on the further development of the group-wide business application portfolio and application roadmap

• Manage and support the modernization and cleanup of the application inventory LeanIX along our defined modelling standards

• Ensure data quality and consistency by living and promoting our governance processes, also support other architects in modelling their architectural assets in LeanIX

Your qualifications:

• At least five years of professional experience in architecture roles (Enterprise Architect, Technical Architect, Application Architect)

• Knowledge of EAM frameworks, e.g., TOGAF

• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Repositories (e.g., LeanIX, Alfabet, Mega)

• Knowledge of software design, development and application technology

• Very good practical IT skills and general IT knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of business application solutions (market, products, etc.)

• Experience and knowledge of business processes (consulting, improvement, implementation of applications)

• Very good technical and analytical skills and strong collaboration and organizational abilities

• Very good presentation, communication and argumentation skills in English
