Inhouse Consultant Workforce Management (m/f/d)

in Berlin, Erfurt or anywhere in Germany.

• Joint responsibility for driving forward digitalization in workforce management
• Independent project implementation in cooperation with internal project, product and support management
• Implementation and parameterization of the ASES (ATOSS) software in direct customer contact on site or remotely
• Communicating with our users and conducting workshops and software training courses
• Solving complex error messages and change requests in 1st and 2nd level support and rectifying faults
• Developing standards and further developing the software

• Several years of experience in the software environment, ideally with ASES (ATOSS) software or other workforce management systems
• Alternatively, lateral entry with experience in workforce management and a high affinity for IT
• Experience in the implementation of projects in a group organization
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, good team and communication skills and a strong service mentality
• Moderate willingness to travel
• Proof of immunization against measles
