Inhouse Consultant Workforce Management (m/f/d)

in Berlin, Erfurt or throughout Germany.

• Shared responsibility for driving digitalization in workforce management
• Independent project implementation in cooperation with internal project, product and support management
• Implementation and parameterization of the ASES software (ATOSS) in direct customer contact on site or remotely
• Communication with our users as well as implementation of workshops and software training courses
• Solving complex error messages or change requests in 1st and 2nd level support and resolving faults
• Development of standards and further development of the software

• Several years of experience in the software environment, ideally with the ASES software (ATOSS) or other workforce management systems
• Alternatively, a career changer with experience in workforce management and a high affinity for IT
• Experience in the implementation of projects in a group organization
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, good teamwork and communication skills as well as a strong service mentality
• Moderate willingness to travel
• Proof of immunization against measles
