Join our team in the HR Digital Business Unit of Helios Kliniken GmbH as soon as possible as an Inhouse Consultant HCM / LOGA (m/f/d) full-time based in Berlin or independent of location.

• Location-independent support and optimization of our personnel system LOGAHR for all Helios companies
• Contact person and application consulting for our key users and process owners
• Close coordination with the software manufacturer P&I AG
• 2nd-level support and parameterization of the system
• Co-responsibility for driving HR digitalization forward
• Implementation of group-wide projects, e.g. the expansion of our employee self-service such as travel expense accounting, salary increase and bonus process

• Sound knowledge and several years of experience in the administration of personnel software, ideally LOGAHR (payroll, travel expense accounting, staffing plan, applicants³, documentation, evaluation generator (scout), logic designer)
• Experience in application support and project implementation
• Analytical and conceptual thinking as well as very good communication skills
• High degree of teamwork and a strong service mentality
