full-time with office in Berlin, alternatively in one of our clinics

Do you come from a management consultancy or from a corporate with a lot of transformation experience in finance topics? Are you used to structuring complex issues, developing convincing storylines from financial data and preparing decision-making templates for top management?

We are looking for proactive personalities who not only accompany change, but actively shape it. In this role, you will drive the strategic development of Helios Germany's finance department and align structures, processes and management models in a future-oriented manner.

They work on key issues of financial management, create transparency where decisions are made, and help to position the Group for the future – always with a view to sustainable profitability and the best possible patient care.

• As part of central controlling, you will actively shape central finance transformation projects in the CFO area and optimize commercial processes (structures, control logic, tools) – in particular, you will be involved in the planning, development and implementation of reporting for group-wide efficiency programs to ensure maximum transparency for cross-functional stakeholders
• You will be responsible for identifying and operationalizing digitalization potential for operational and strategic development as well as implementing modern controlling and management concepts in a complex healthcare group
• You will support financial project management – from planning and forecasting to active performance and cost controlling as well as derivation of targeted control measures
• The design, further development and interpretation of reports and dashboards in conjunction with deviation, trend and potential analyses based on relevant KPIs for decision-making support at top management level is also part of your area of responsibility
• Based on the structured analysis of complex issues, you will develop recommendations for action that are close to implementation and provide strategic support for the Executive Board and the respective business units in group-wide transformation and growth initiatives
• In addition, you will be involved in leading and collaborating in interdisciplinary projects , in which you will act with high visibility in top management across all phases and work closely with stakeholders at senior level as well as with hospitals, functions and regions

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics
• In addition, you have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a management consultancy (finance transformation, restructuring, financial due diligence or similar) or in the strategic finance or corporate development area of an industrial company
• You have already gained in-depth methodological knowledge and experience in strategy work, ideally in the area of controlling and finance transformation or in strategic management projects
• You have strong skills in the structured preparation of complex issues as well as in the creation of convincing storylines and management presentations in a way that is appropriate for the target group
• You are interested in the healthcare industry and project-oriented work in a complex and dynamic environment with changing focus topics is exactly what you are looking for
• A confident handling of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and Power Point, is a prerequisite - experience in dealing with BI and reporting tools (e.g. SAP BW, Power BI) would be desirable
• Strong communication and presentation skills, a confident appearance as well as very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
