(Senior) Consultant Information Security Management (m/f/d)

We are the IT security team of Fresenius Digital Technology. Our mission: We protect the IT systems and data of the Fresenius Group worldwide. To this end, we implement, manage and operate security solutions, are responsible for information security management (ISMS) for the Group functions and define the IT security architecture to ensure the highest security standards.

Your tasks

• Protecting sensitive data in the life science environment and actively participating in the implementation, maintenance and expansion of the ISMS scope and continuous further development of our ISMS in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001

• Development, implementation and optimization of guidelines, processes and procedures within the framework of the ISMS

• Creating meaningful reports and presentations on ISMS activities and developing metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness

• Supporting IT security projects and accompanying audits (ISO/IEC 27001, KRITIS)

• Co-design and implementation of training and awareness programs and related campaigns

Your profile

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, cybersecurity or comparable training with relevant professional experience

• Several years of experience in the implementation and operation of ISMS according to ISO/IEC 27001 in international organizations

• Sound knowledge of common frameworks and standards (e.g. NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT)

• Experience in working with metrics, documentation and reporting as well as in designing global training programs

• Advantageous: Knowledge of agile methods and project management frameworks

• Strong communication skills for internal and external communication of information security topics

• Team-oriented personality with a high willingness to learn and a structured way of working

• Fluency in German and English
