To strengthen our team in the Vascular Center at the Emil von Behring site in Berlin Zehlendorf , we are looking for you as

Medical assistant / secretary

of the Clinic for Vascular Surgery and Angiology (m/f/d)

Coordination and planning of appointments, if necessary in coordination with other departments

Independent handling and correspondence of administrative, official and health insurance tasks

Processing of requests for findings, coordination and, if necessary, forwarding of other requests in cooperation with all specialist departments

Participation in further training events

Reception, care and advice for patients and their accompanying persons

Vacation and sickness cover in the chief physician secretariats of the Clinic for Thoracic Surgery & Clinic for Palliative Medicine and Geriatrics

Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d), nursing assistant (m/f/d) or comparable qualification

Interest in the area of responsibility as well as independent, structured and conscientious work

Very good communication skills and reliability

Knowledge of medical nomenclature, very good spelling skills and good PC skills

Commitment, flexibility, personal resilience, sense of responsibility

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
