Medical assistant / secretary

for the Clinic for Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Diabetology

Independent organization and management of the medical secretariat

Coordination and planning of appointments, if necessary in coordination with the other departments

Independent handling and correspondence of administrative, official and health insurance tasks

Processing requests for findings, coordinating and, if necessary, forwarding other requests in cooperation with all specialist departments

Appointment management for head physician and senior physicians as well as coordination of consultation hour reception, care and advice for patients and their accompanying persons

Preparing invoices and maintaining data in the hospital information system

Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or comparable qualification

Interest in the area of responsibility as well as independent, structured and conscientious work

Very good communication skills and reliability

Knowledge of medical nomenclature, very good spelling skills and good PC skills

Commitment, flexibility, personal resilience, sense of responsibility

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
