Secretary (m/f/d) of the Clinic for Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, Hand Surgery

• Welcome, support and advice to patients of the Clinic for Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery and their accompanying persons
• Prudent organisation and scheduling, cooperation with various specialist departments
• Processing of inquiries about findings, coordination and, if necessary, forwarding of further concerns
• Independent execution of administrative tasks as well as communication with authorities and health insurance companies
• Participation in vocational training and further education
• Vacation and illness replacement of the secretariat of the Department of Hand Surgery

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or nurse (m/f/d)
• Sound PC knowledge of common applications (Microsoft Office, SAP)
• Good knowledge of medical nomenclature and spelling
• Strong communication skills, empathy and reliability
• Efficient, structured way of working with a high degree of planning competence and commitment in a responsible field of action
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
