Secretary (m/f/d) at the Clinic for Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, Hand Surgery

• Welcoming, supporting and advising patients of the Clinic for Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery and their accompanying persons
• Prudent organization and scheduling, cooperation with various specialist departments
• Processing inquiries about findings, coordinating and, if necessary, forwarding other concerns
• Independently carrying out administrative tasks and communicating with authorities and health insurance companies
• Participation in professional training and further education
• Vacation and sickness cover for the secretariat of the Department of Hand Surgery

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or nursing specialist
• Sound PC knowledge of common applications (Microsoft Office, SAP)
• Good knowledge of medical nomenclature and spelling
• Strong communication skills, empathy and reliability
• Efficient, structured way of working with a high degree of planning competence and commitment in a responsible field of activity
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
