To support our team at Helios Einkauf GmbH, we are looking for a full-time, nationwide position as soon as possible:

Public Procurement Officer (m/f/d)

Advising users, hospital managing directors and specialist departments on the implementation of the correct form of tendering in accordance with UVgO

Planning, implementation and documentation of national award procedures in accordance with UVgO and funding requirements including all subtasks

Maintaining award files and creating award notes in preparation for award audits by the funding provider, for example

Preparation of the required award documents and templates for the tenders

Carrying out the various award procedures with the help of the Subreport tendering platform

Standardization and optimization of the awarding process and the associated form system as well as reporting to the Group Management Investment Purchasing

Completed training in the commercial sector, ideally practical experience in the independent implementation of public procurement procedures in accordance with UVgO

Ideally experience with public procurement processes with subsidies and associated documentation

Interest in the subject of public procurement and the motivation to familiarize yourself intensively with the area

Independent and structured way of working, analytical thinking, organizational talent and diligence as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team

Confident handling of the common MS Office applications

The Procurement team is part of the Investment Purchasing department in the Purchasing division. In coordination with the users, hospital managers and the medical technology and operating technology departments, the team carries out public tenders in accordance with UVgO in order to make optimal and legally compliant use of public funding for the hospitals.
