Processing scheduling, loading and weight lists as well as waybills and dangerous goods shipments
Checking and monitoring shipping orders in SAP
Coordinating and arranging shipping dates
Cancellation and rejection of orders after consultation with the respective branch office
Organizing special trips and assigning loading personnel as well as dispatching trucks according to the route plan
Ordering trailers, taking into account the tonnage and volume of shipping orders
Supervision of proper loading and rerouting of shipping orders
Combining shipping orders into direct deliveries
Checking the status of shipping orders and the interface monitor
Checking the loading logs for completeness and correct completion by the shippers
Completed vocational training in the commercial or technical field
Ideally already professional experience in a comparable environment
SAP experience and general PC knowledge
Experience in working with MS Office products
Ability to work independently and autonomously
High level of commitment and flexibility
Good written and spoken German
