For our Helios Abrechnungs-Service GmbH we are looking for committed employees for inpatient billing according to KHEntgG (DRG) as soon as possible.

We are looking for a full-time or part-time inpatient billing clerk (m/f/d) at our Dortmund location and throughout Germany.

• Independent assurance of cost coverage and patient billing according to KHEntgG (DRG)
• Correspondence and processing of inquiries from patients and health insurance companies
• Monitoring and processing of electronic data carrier exchange in accordance with §301 SGB V
• Carrying out case corrections
• Use and maintenance of IT systems (Microsoft® Office, SAP IS-H, Orbis, Medico, Datev, I Med One)

• Completed training as a healthcare management assistant, bachelor's degree in health economics or comparable qualification
• Extensive professional experience in inpatient service billing
• Sound knowledge of the legal basis and billing regulations (KHEntgG, §301 SGB V)
• Analytical and goal-oriented thinking as well as a structured way of working
• Very good written and spoken German
• Confident handling of common IT systems
• An open, confident manner, team orientation and integrity
• Enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
