Material and production planning with the aim of optimal utilization of production capacities and ensuring delivery capability
Responsibility for operational production planning
Creation of production orders and updating of the production plan
Deadline tracking with reconciliation of production key figures
Posting of goods movements in the ERP system (SAP)
Ensuring scheduling and material procurement in coordination with local purchasing, including inventory management
Maintain and manage the database for all materials at plant level
Management of the material master
Development and maintenance of production-oriented production structures (work plans, parts lists)
Support of production controlling
Coordination and monitoring of timely and proper shipment processing
Cooperation with internal interfaces – production, supply chain management and operational logistics
Project work: optimization of the production program, improvement of productivity, support of general project work
Reporting: Creation of reports (e.g. ranges, order backlogs)
Successfully completed commercial or technical training
Experience in scheduling and production planning in a comparable environment
Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, MS Project)
Good knowledge of SAP (PP & MM)
Good written and spoken English skills
Well-developed communication/conflict skills as well as high resilience, persuasiveness and assertiveness
High level of teamwork and cooperation skills
Analytical thinking skills and ability to work in a structured manner
