Production Planner / Logistics Clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Material and production planning with the aim of optimal utilization of production capacities and ensuring delivery capability

  • Responsibility for operational production planning

  • Creation of production orders and updating of the production plan

  • Deadline tracking with reconciliation of production key figures

  • Posting of goods movements in the ERP system (SAP)

  • Ensuring scheduling and material procurement in coordination with local purchasing, including inventory management

  • Maintain and manage the database for all materials at plant level

  • Management of the material master

  • Development and maintenance of production-oriented production structures (work plans, parts lists)

  • Support of production controlling

Logistics

  • Coordination and monitoring of timely and proper shipment processing

  • Cooperation with internal interfaces – production, supply chain management and operational logistics

Additional activities

  • Project work: optimization of the production program, improvement of productivity, support of general project work

  • Reporting: Creation of reports (e.g. ranges, order backlogs)

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training

  • Experience in scheduling and production planning in a comparable environment

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, MS Project)

  • Good knowledge of SAP (PP & MM)

  • Good written and spoken English skills

  • Well-developed communication/conflict skills as well as high resilience, persuasiveness and assertiveness

  • High level of teamwork and cooperation skills

  • Analytical thinking skills and ability to work in a structured manner
