Patient admission clerk (m/f/d)

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for exactly you as a Patient Admission Clerk (m/f/d), on a temporary basis to cover for you during long-term illness.

• You will be responsible for the administrative admission of outpatients and inpatients, including the recording of all billing-relevant patient data and the determination of cost units
• You inform patients and inform them about the treatment contracts, data protection agreements and other documents to be signed, prepare these and are responsible for obtaining signatures
• You complete brief admissions from the medical departments

• Successfully completed commercial or medical training with professional experience in the commercial sector
• Professional, friendly and service-oriented demeanor in contact with patients, relatives and employees
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary manner with all professional groups in the hospital- Flexibility, willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure
• IT affinity
• Knowledge of Medico is desirable
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
