For the Purchasing and Logistics division, we are looking for a nationwide position as soon as possible:

Buyer Public Procurement I Public Procurement Manager (m/f/d)

• Implementation and documentation of national and European procurement procedures in accordance with applicable procurement law and funding requirements, including all subtasks
• Management of award files and preparation of award notes in preparation for award audits by, for example, the funding body
• Supporting and advising strategic procurement in the planning, coordination and selection of admissible procurement procedures and the preparation of compliant procurement documents
• Contact person for strategic purchasing in the respective categories (e.g. operating technology, medical technology, IT) in matters relating to public procurement
• Coordination with the specialist departments for the implementation of public procurement procedures

• Completed commercial or administrative vocational training and suitable professional experience, ideally in the field of public procurement or equivalent knowledge and skills
• In-depth, applicable knowledge of German and European procurement and competition law such as GWB, UVgO, VOB/A, VOL/B, VgV or the willingness to acquire this in the short term
• Practical experience in the independent implementation of public procurement procedures
• Experience with public procurement procedures with subsidies and associated documentation
• Independent working style with a strong customer focus
• Proof of measles immunization and willingness to travel occasionally on business
