Your task
- Ensuring the supply of goods to the Fresenius Kabi sales companies, taking into account the optimal inventory situation and minimizing transport costs
- Creation of delivery notes as well as processing and, if necessary, creation of orders
- Independent processing of export orders in compliance with the respective country regulations including preparation of freight, customs and shipping documents
- Supporting customs clearance (e.g. ATLAS electronic export declarations, dealing with bans and restrictions, creating and processing proof of origin, etc.)
- Legalization, certification and submission of documents as well as ensuring the correct processing of letters of credit
- Scheduling and monitoring the punctual provision of carriers
- Handling transport damage and processing customer complaints and returns
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, preferably as a forwarding and logistics clerk or as an industrial clerk with good export/import knowledge
- Several years of experience in international / intercontinental sea and air freight transportation and the associated customs formalities
- Sound knowledge of shipping and export processing, also in the legal environment (ATLAS/ADR)
- Very good knowledge of general customs and preferential law
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- SAP knowledge
