At Helios Klinikum Duisburg we are offering you a full-time or part-time position as Deputy Ward Manager of Cardiology (m/f/d).

• You will take over the nursing management of a ward with
• Contributing innovative ideas for the establishment and sustainable further development of the ward
• You will be responsible for duty and vacation planning
• Cross-professional communication and cooperation
• Competent basic and treatment care as well as documentation, information and communication as part of comprehensive patient care
• As a manager, you will be responsible for staff and team development

• Completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or comparable
• Completed further training as a healthcare management specialist or the willingness to acquire this
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, mobile, flexible and a team player
• Willingness to participate in shift work and on-call duty
• Assertiveness, organizational talent and a high level of communication skills
