As a manager in middle management, we are looking for you on 01.01.2026 (possibly at an earlier date) as a nursing specialist / health and nursing professional / nurse / medical assistant / medical assistant (MFA) / nursing specialist (m/f/d) in the position of

Ward manager (m/f/d) for the cardiology day clinic

• You will manage the nursing team of the cardiology day clinic

• You will coordinate the deployment of staff and support your nursing team in the development of professional and social skills
• You will be responsible for the further development and design of processes and structures in your area of responsibility
• You ensure the implementation of company and clinic objectives (e.g. Group transparency regulations, HELIOS management code, checklists, internal reviews) in your area of responsibility
• You promote an open and constructive error culture and lead your team in an appreciative and respectful manner
• You actively contribute to the further development and implementation of care-specific topics with reference to legal requirements and national expert standards

• You are a registered nurse / healthcare and nursing assistant / medical assistant (m/f/d)

• You have several years of professional experience, if possible with management responsibility
• Ideally, you have completed a management course or are willing to complete a ward management course or a degree in management and / or economics
• You have a talent for organization, the ability to deal with conflict and strong social skills
• You are willing to work together across professional groups
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
