At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as Deputy Ward Manager / Nursing Specialist (m/f/d) for our Helios Clinic in Attendorn

• You will work closely with the ward manager and the clinic management team
• You design duty rosters and organize the ward routine
• You will provide holistic care and support our patients on their path to recovery
• You implement general and specialized care measures in a targeted manner to meet the needs of our patients
• You plan the care processes and document the progress of our patients professionally and in detail
• You provide advice and support to relatives, doctors and therapists
• You work closely and interdisciplinary with colleagues from various specialist areas to ensure the best possible care

Successfully completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d)

You have a team-oriented way of working and a willingness to work in an interdisciplinary environment

You are characterized by a high degree of responsibility, commitment, flexibility and resilience

In addition to a confident, friendly and patient-oriented manner, you are used to working independently and conscientiously
