YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Personal support for our international customers from quotation to invoicing
• Organization, planning & implementation of events & conferences of all kinds
• Creation of function sheets & room plans
• Checking the premises with regard to the discussed specifications
• Carrying out sales-promoting site inspections
• Close cooperation with reservations, marketing & sales
• Participation in the creation of price structures
• Creation, implementation & control of MICE standards
• Active sales (up- and cross-selling)
• Creation & forwarding of seminar & group previews and reviews
• Management of the transaction list & regular reporting to management and VAMED Vitality World
• Implementation of corporate goals
• Achieving the room budget targets
• Setting an example & adhering to the corporate philosophy

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Hotel-specific or tourism-related training
• Several years of professional experience in the hotel/catering industry and in the event sector
• IT skills (MS Office, Protel)
• Business fluent in written and spoken German & English
• Responsible and independent way of working, as well as representative appearance
• Organizational strength, resilience & ability to work in a team
• Creativity, commitment & dedication
• Distinct economic thinking
• Service orientation & enjoyment in dealing with guests

The collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry currently has a base salary of € 1,950. The TAUERN SPA offers an overpayment in line with the market and dependent on qualifications, depending on the agreement, from € 2,300 for a 40-hour week.
