For the General Pediatrics Department at the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinic Wiesbaden, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible on a full and part-time, temporary basis as a parental leave replacement as

Acting Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d)

• Ensuring area or reference care and ensuring efficient work processes
• Ensuring and further developing care and treatment standards
• Duty roster design, vacation and training planning
• Implementing expert standards and the ward's care concept
• Further developing the professional skills of employees

• Completed training as a state-approved nursing specialist (m/f/d) in pediatrics
• Further training as a ward manager or willingness to complete this, management experience an advantage
• Passion for the profession and strong ability to work in a team Independent and structured way of working, as well as empathy and high communication skills in dealing with patients and relatives Willingness to undergo further training and education
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
