Nursing Specialist Intermediate Care (m/f/d)

To support our nursing teams in the cardiac surgery or cardiology departments, we are looking for you at the Leipzig Heart Center at the earliest possible date as a

Healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) for our Intermediate Care Ward (IMC / IC).

• You will be responsible for the individual, activating, appreciative and holistic care of your patients

• You are responsible for the care and monitoring of your patients
• You will be responsible for preparing, assisting and following up on diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• You plan and document the care measures for your patients
• You are the first point of contact for your patients, their relatives and accompanying persons
• You implement the care guidelines and hygiene standards and work closely and interdisciplinarily with other professional groups

• You are a registered nurse / health & nursing professional (m/f/d)

• Ideally, you have already gained clinical experience
• Your strengths include patient-centered communication and strong social skills
• You are a team player and reliable
• You have a willingness to learn and a sense of duty
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
