Personnel Administrator (m/f/d)

• Contact person for managers, employees and works council in all administrative personnel matters
• Processing of all administrative personnel processes from the start of the employment contract to leaving the company, taking into account legal and company regulations
• Collaboration in projects in the area of personnel
• Managing and maintaining the digital personnel file
• Entering master data in LOGA

• Completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience in human resources
• Personnel specialist (m/f/d) or completed studies with a focus on health or personnel are an advantage
• Solid knowledge of public collective bargaining law and labor law is an advantage
• Knowledge of the LOGA accounting program and ASES time management system is an advantage
• You are committed, resilient and reliable and carry out your tasks independently, carefully and conscientiously
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
