Join our team in Stralsund at the earliest possible date as a

Personnel Administrator (m/f/d).

• With a lot of organizational talent, you will take over all administrative tasks in the area of personnel administration - from hiring to leaving
• The maintenance of personnel files and master data is in the best hands with you - reliably, carefully and digitally
• You will work closely with the payroll department and ensure that payroll is prepared and checked
• Whether parental leave, vacation or secondary employment - you create a wide variety of certificates quickly and accurately and maintain correspondence with employees, offices and authorities
• Together with your team, you will contribute your ideas to make our processes even more efficient and sustainable
• You will support the HR management in various projects

• Completed commercial training, ideally with experience in operational HR work
• Strong hands-on mentality and enjoy working in HR
• You are familiar with MS Office, especially Excel and Word. And if you have already worked with LOGA - all the better!
• A quick grasp and good communication skills as well as organizational skills, discretion, reliability and the ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
