Support and management of the entire employee life cycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding
Creating and managing work-related documents such as employment contracts, salary and confirmation letters, references and termination agreements
Creating and editing lists and evaluations
Maintaining and updating data in HR IT systems such as Workday and LOGA
Collaboration with internal committees such as the works council and spokesperson committee while safeguarding participation rights
Contact person for general employee inquiries and for internal interfaces
Independent administration and tracking of personnel resubmissions
Collaboration in employee life cycle projects
Successfully completed commercial training with further training as an HR specialist or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a corporate environment
Good to very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
High IT affinity and willingness to familiarize yourself with new IT systems
Very good knowledge of German and English
Knowledge of labor law and social security law is an advantage
Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, reliability and proactivity
Commitment to process improvement and simplification of routine tasks
