Medical assistant (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as a full-time or part-time medical assistant (MFA) / medical assistant (m/f/d) at the Leipzig Heart Center as soon as possible.

• You will assist with the administrative admission of patients and documentation of patient data

• You will be responsible for the coordination of examination procedures as well as for the preparation and follow-up of examinations and treatments
• You will provide support in the area of structured discharge management
• You will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the transportation of patients
• You will be responsible for pharmacy and material ordering on the ward
• You will work closely with other professional groups on an interdisciplinary basis

• You are a trained MFA (m/f/d) or healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or have comparable training

• You are willing to work in shifts (early and late shift)
• You have a quick grasp and flexibility in dealing with changing tasks
• You are characterized by your communication skills, ability to work in a team and organizational talent
• You are reliable and empathetic
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
