To strengthen our practice team at the Habermehlstraße Medical Care Center in Pforzheim, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

for the specialist areas of laboratory / transfusion medicine, oncology, cardiology and orthopaedics / surgery

full or part time

You are the first personal contact for our patients

You will be responsible for coordinating patients by telephone and managing appointments

You are responsible for accompanying and assisting during consultation hours

General laboratory activities, functional diagnostics or surgical assistance will also be carried out by you after extensive training and depending on the specialist area

You will also support us with administrative tasks and billing management

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training

Ideally, you already have (initial) experience in one of the above areas

You have a sensitive and empathetic approach to our patients

Organizational talent and service orientation are among your strengths

You are also friendly, careful and reliable

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
