• Contact person at the registration desk and coordination of the practice process including appointment allocation and telephone service
• Electronic data management as well as maintenance and management of patient files
• Collaboration in a team with medical assistants and medical specialists
• Carrying out non-medical activities and assisting with general diagnostic measures

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training, career changers are also welcome
• Empathetic and empathetic interaction with our patientsGood PC skills
• Enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and a cooperative attitude
• Service orientation, friendliness and professionalism
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
