To strengthen our team in the Department of Hematology and Oncology at the Wiesbaden site, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• You are the contact person for our patients and take over the organization of consultation appointments and appointment management
• You will work closely with our patients and look after them before, during and after the consultation
• This may also include assisting with the care of relatives during their stay in our department
• You will assist with diagnostics and therapy, e.g. intravascular cytostatic immunotherapy/chemotherapy

• You will also be responsible for recording and documenting patient data

• You will also provide support with service recording and billing

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training

Ideally, you have already gained experience in the outpatient sector and have completed further training in oncology - but this is not a prerequisite

You have a strong sense of responsibility and impress with your social skills and empathetic approach to patients and relatives

You enjoy working in a team where you can rely on each other
