For our HR department at the Bad Saarow site, we are looking for the next possible date for a

Working student (m/f/d)

• Support the HR team in all HR-related issues from recruitment to termination, including recruiting activities, evaluation of collective bargaining groupings and the preparation of contract documents
• Collaboration in personnel administration and processing of all activities arising in day-to-day operations
• Assisting with correspondence with applicants, employees and managers
• Support in personnel controlling by preparing evaluations, statistics and presentations
• Collaboration in current HR projects, e.g. in the context of HR marketing and HR development

• You would like to start your dual studies in HR management or in the field of economics/social sciences and are looking for a practical partner (basic requirement)

• Initial practical experience in HR, e.g. through previous internships, is desirable but not a must
• IT affinity and good MS Office skills are an advantage
• You are a team player with a structured and service-oriented way of workingInterested in medical topics
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
