Manager Sales & Margin Controlling (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• You conduct profitability analysis of the Pharma product portfolio
• You act as Finance Business Partner for the Pharma Portfolio Management
• You are responsible for Cost of Production Controlling for the global Business Unit & set Management Transfer prices in alignment with TechOps Finance
• You support and challenge the development of NPV/ business cases for CAPEX and other significant investments
• You support strategic Pharma projects from a finance point of view
• You develop and prepare clear, insightful reports for our BU Management

Your profile:

• You have a completed Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• You have a minimum of 3 years work experience as a controller in a similar financial role, ideally within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare sectors.
• You are proficient in financial software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• You bring exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• You are willing to work in a multinational and multicultural environment.
• You are business fluency in the English and German language, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• You have a proactive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn and tackle challenges
