We are looking for a dedicated Freelance Nursing Practice Supervisor (m/f/d) to join our team of freelance practice supervisors at our Krefeld site as soon as possible.

• Organization, implementation and follow-up of targeted and professional instructions for our trainees

• Close cooperation with the parties involved in the training
• Qualified performance assessment and conducting reflection discussions
• Planning and accompanying training dates and examinations
• Representing and supporting the interests of apprentices with regard to training
• Active participation in quality assurance measures

• Successfully completed training as a healthcare and (pediatric) nurse (m/f/d)

• Completed further training as a practical instructor (m/f/d)
• Complete proof of further training hours in vocational education
• Ability to work in a team as well as assertiveness and organizational talent
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment and a structured way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
