Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Oberursel (Taunus) suchen wir ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für das globale elektronische Qualitätsmanagementsystem “TrackWise“ (eQMS) mit den Aufgabenschwerpunkten Business Support, Usermanagement und Training für die Nutzer weltweit
Ihre Aufgabe
- Eigenverantwortliches Bearbeiten von Supportanfragen via Incident Management
- Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Lerninhalten (Trainingskonzepte, Trainingsmaterialien)
- Unterstützung der Anwender bei Fragen zu Zugangsberechtigungen
- Durchführung von Projekten zur Verbesserung des Zugangsmanagement
- Mitarbeit bei Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung des eQMS
- Masterdatenpflege
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Pflege von GxP-gerechten Validierungsunterlagen
- Unterstützt bei der Kommunikation von Benutzerwünschen und System- /Prozessoptimierungen innerhalb des Teams
- Unterstützt bei der Analyse und Bewertung von Systemfehlern zur Verbesserung des Systems
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Naturwissenschaften/ Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Kaufmännischen Ausbildung mit 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung
- Vorzugsweise Erfahrung mit computergestützten Systemen im GxP-Regulierten Umfeld
- Vorzugsweise Erfahrung im Training von Systemnutzern und Nutzersupport von IT-systemen und der Erstellung von Trainingsdokumentation
- EDV Kenntnisse: Sehr gute MS Word und MS Excel Kenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse in MS Visio, PowerPoint, Authorings Software für E-Learnings (z.B. Articulate)
- Teamplayer, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Lösungsorientiertes, strukturiertes Denken
- Selbständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
