Ihre Aufgabe
- Entwicklung, Verwaltung und Aufrechterhaltung von lokalen Qualitätssicherungsverfahren und -aktivitäten, die erforderlich sind, um sicherzustellen, dass Prozesse und Produkte den geltenden Qualitätsnormen und den geltenden gesetzlichen Anforderungen (z.B. ISO 9001, ISO 13485, EU-MDR) entsprechen
- Bearbeitung von Produktqualitätsbeschwerden und medizinischen Gerätevorfällen, einschließlich Dokumentation, Untersuchung und Lösung
- Identifizierung und Behebung wiederkehrender Qualitätsprobleme sowie Unterstützung bei Ursachenanalysen
- Erstellung und Analyse von Beschwerde-Trendberichten zur frühzeitigen Erkennung potenzieller Qualitätsprobleme
- Sicherstellung einer sorgfältigen und vorschriftsmäßigen Prüfung und Freigabe von Produkten
- Erstellung von Prüfplänen in Übereinstimmung mit Risikomanagementakten
- Planung, Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung von Trainings (Prozesse & Systemfunktionalitäten, Qualitätsmethoden)
- Moderation von Meetings und Workshops sowie Erstellung von Präsentationen zur Zusammenfassung von Ergebnissen
- Durchführung von internen Audits und Lieferantenaudits als leitender Auditor
- Teilnahme an internen und externen Qualitätsaudits durch Regulierungsbehörden und benannte Stellen
Ihr Profil
- Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulstudium in den Bereichen Naturwissenschaften bzw. Technische Wissenschaften (Ingenieurwissenschaften), Medizintechnik oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufspraxis in der Qualitätssicherung (von Medizinprodukten)
- Kenntnisse bezüglich ISO 13485 und ISO 9001, Medizinprodukteverordnung (MDR), CFR 820, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) und geltender Qualitätssystemstandards
- Gute schriftliche und mündliche Englischkenntnisse (Technical Writing)
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte aufzunehmen, Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln und zu vermitteln
- Proaktive Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent
